The room had ample storage. It helped keep everything organized. The bed felt soft, and the couch was also quite comfortable. I appreciated the short distance to both the city center and the excellent Wawel Castle.

The hotel's location made it easy to book trips directly from the reception. I found this service very helpful. The room was clean, and I slept well the first night, unusual for me when traveling. They offer luggage storage, quite convenient as my flight departed later in the day.

The noise isolation needs improvement. I could clearly hear sounds from the hallway and adjacent rooms. This did disrupt my sleep a few times.

The breakfast had various choices, enough to satisfy anyone. I found three types of cereal. Bread and eggs were available. My room was spacious. The shower worked great. The beds were super comfy. I also found the reception staff very helpful.

I noticed that the sound proofing wasn't perfect, especially when high-speed trains passed by. You could hear sounds from other rooms, a slight disturbance.

the location was superb. i found getting around quite easy as many attractions were within a reasonable walking distance (less than 30 minutes to most spots!). the room i had was clean and full of light. i thought the staff were very nice and helpful .

the breakfast was simple, but not very excellent. there was not enough variety.
